Chips Act is a three part video sequence that loosely explores the political, formal, and spirtual weight that enables the majority of our technologies today. The humble semiconductor, raw silicon, and americas new policies towards internal production and restrictive exports are expressed sonically though a series of audio responsive videos that question the role of these objects in our day to day both directly and indirectly.
